Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days and weekends.

Salary: will be 0 hours per week per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school, some college or technical training.

Experience: at least a full year’s experience.

Work Setting: Large volume bakery

Type of Equipment: Conventional oven, Moulds, Automated mixer or processor

Food Specialties: Desserts and pastries

Specific Skills: Prepare doughs and batters, Bake mixed dough and batters, Prepare special orders, Draw up production schedules, Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards, Inspect kitchen and food service areas

Additional Skills: Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies, Maintain records and inventory

Essential Skills: Reading text, Document use, Numeracy, Working with others, Job task planning and organizing, Continuous learning
