Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working evenings, nights, and weekends.

Salary: will be negotiated and depends on the skills and experience of the applicant.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school, some university.

Experience: at least a full year’s experience.

Work Setting: Retail establishment

Supervisory Experience: Cashiers

Specific Skills: Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers, Assign sales workers to duties, Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages, Maintain specified inventory, Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters

Additional Skills: Prepare work schedules, Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, Order merchandise

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Walking

Work Site Environment: Non-smoking

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation

Ability to Supervise: 4 people or less

Essential Skills: Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organizing, Computer use
