Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, and weekends. Shift work is involved.

Salary: will be negotiated and depends on the skills and experience of the applicant.

Education: The applicant should have completed college or technical training.

Experience: is an asset.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Cook Trade Certification.

Work Setting: Restaurant, Hotel

Types of Meals/Food Prepared: Short orders, Breakfasts, Lunches, Dinners, Banquets, Buffet, All meals, Full course meals

Specific Skills: Work with minimal supervision, Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, Inspect kitchens and food service areas

Other Information: Ideal candidate: experience in fine dining, knowledge of Newfoundland foods, attention to detail, flexible, creative. Pastry/baking an asset. Part/Full Time depending on skills. Great work environment
